We offer various PVC/PE and PVC/PVDC/PE structures for Suppository Packaging / mono dose  / unit dose packing. Offer thickness of PVC film, PVDC coating and PE film thickness as per customers’ requirement. There are two types of PE, one can provide permanent seal while other can open clearly at the time of peeling. In this case, PE (i.e. LDPE) comes in contact with product.

Mostly white opaque PVC films are used as base films. However, we can offer Amber/Orange/Brown or any other colours as per customer’s requirement for base PVC films.

Commonly used structures are as follows :

• 100 micron PVC film / 30 to 40 micron PE film.
• 120 micron PVC film / 30 to 40 micron PE film.
• 150 micron PVC film / 50 micron PE film.
• 250 micron PVC film / 50 micron PE film.
• 200 micron PVC film / 40 gsm PVDC coating / 40 or 50 micron PE film.

We can offer any structure as per recommendations of suppository/mono dose packing machine manufacturer.
